LHM2520QAA Skid Mounted Logging Winch for Mountain Use:
The integral pry winch is a split type non enclosed structure, consisting of eight parts: power pry, winch pry, and operation pry. Electric and pneumatic quick change joints are used between each pry for easy connection and installation. The whole pry is a portable structure with lifting, pulling or hoisting ear plates at the four corners. The winch pry also has ground drill holes for easy transportation and well site fixation. The power lever is used to install engines, diesel generators, hydraulic oil pumps, fuel tanks, hydraulic oil tanks, hydraulic oil radiators, batteries, lighting fixtures, etc., providing power and electricity for the entire lever. Winch pry is used for installing winches, reducers, hydraulic motors, rope arrangement devices, measurement systems, hydraulic valves, fuel injection devices, lighting fixtures, etc.

 

Its main features are:
1. Equipped with excellent power, using Wuxi Kaipu KD388 diesel engine and imported Dayang TSD2500 diesel generator (2kW/220V/50Hz), it has good power, high efficiency, compact structure, and light weight, providing reliable power for winch operation.
2. The mature closed hydraulic transmission system uses imported parts from Rexroth for the main hydraulic components such as oil pump and motor. The system is equipped with various safety protection devices, which not only ensure smooth and reliable transmission, but also have a wide range of winch speeds, providing a good transmission system for shallow well testing operations below 2000 meters.

3. The control and monitoring of the pry are divided into two parts: those related to winch operation are installed at the control panel, and those related to the engine are installed on the power pry to reduce unnecessary disassembly and assembly during transportation.
4. In addition to the diesel generator, there is an external power interface on the pry, and either one can be selected to provide power for the entire pry, which is controlled on the electronic control box.

5. The whole pry is equipped with a safety grounding rod, which ensures the safety grounding of the pry body during use.
6. Compact structure, light weight, easy disassembly and assembly, suitable for use in mountainous areas where traffic cannot be accessed.
