LHM1270QAA skid-mounted logging winch:
The entire skid-mounted winch is a three-cabin, fully enclosed structure, which includes the power compartment, the operating compartment, and the winch compartment. The hatch is sealed with sealing strips, and has good sealing performance. The appearance of the skid is designed in imitation of the container structure. The outer skin is a 3mm thick steel plate with bending treatment, which has outstanding impact resistance and is suitable for hoisting in port and marine environments. There are hoisting points on the top of the skid and equipped with four-limb crimping hoisting rigging. There are 5-ton forklift holes at the bottom of the skid for easy transportation. The layout inside the skid is compact, and the system control is flexible and reliable, which meets the characteristics of offshore platform operations. The skid floor is made of patterned aluminum plate, which is beautiful, durable and corrosion-resistant.
The power compartment is equipped with an engine, hydraulic oil pump, fuel tank, hydraulic oil tank, hydraulic oil radiator, battery, explosion-proof lighting, etc., to provide power and lighting for the entire skid.
The six walls of the operating cabin are treated with flame-retardant polyurethane foam, and the inner skin is brushed stainless steel plate, and the cabin is insulated and beautiful. The winch cabin is equipped with an operating table, explosion-proof distribution box, workbench, data cabinet, operating seat, tool box, explosion-proof AC lighting, flip-up tempered glass window, etc., and centralized control of winch operations is carried out in the cabin.
The winch cabin is equipped with a 7000-meter (Φ3.175mm) wire winch, winch brake system, wire arrangement device, measurement system, hydraulic motor, explosion-proof lighting, explosion-proof floodlight, etc.
