LHM2270QAA Skid Mounted Logging Winch
The entire sled mounted winch is a three cabin, fully enclosed structure, consisting of a power cabin, an operation cabin, and a winch cabin. The cabin doors are sealed with sealing strips, providing excellent sealing performance. The appearance of the sled is designed to mimic the structure of a container, and the outer skin is made of 3mm thick steel plate, which has good impact resistance. The top of the sled is equipped with lifting points and four limb compression type lifting rigging. The bottom of the sled is equipped with forklift holes, and the four corners are equipped with container standard corner pieces for easy transportation. The layout inside the sled is compact, and the system operation is flexible and reliable, which is in line with the characteristics of offshore platform operations. The sled floor is made of patterned aluminum plate, which is beautiful, durable, and has good corrosion resistance.
The power system of the sled mounted winch is placed in the power compartment, and sound-absorbing materials are installed on all six sides of the power compartment. Cummins EQB180-20 engine (rated power 132KW/2200RPM) is installed in the cabin to meet the power requirements for cable and wire testing operations, and the engine is started by the machine. In addition, the cabin is equipped with imported Rexroth hydraulic oil pump, imported diesel generator, air compressor, fuel tank, hydraulic oil tank, hydraulic oil cooling system, battery, lighting and other equipment to provide power and lighting for the entire sled.
The six walls of the operation cabin are treated with flame-retardant polyurethane foam, with brushed stainless steel plates inside or covered with plastic plates for skin. The cabin is decorated with stainless steel, providing beautiful insulation and good corrosion resistance. There are operation consoles, electrical control boxes, overhead air conditioners, workbenches, data cabinets, operating seats, variable frequency transformers, lighting fixtures, etc. installed in the cabin for centralized control of winch operations. The top plane of the cabin can be raised.
The winch compartment is equipped with cable winch assembly, winch brake system, hydraulic upper rope system, measurement system, hydraulic motor, explosion-proof lighting lamp, explosion-proof floodlight, etc.
